Join myself and Monique Fryer for a weekend of nourishing yoga in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.
Spring can be a wonderful time to escape into nature. Watching the landscape open into bloom can remind us of the energy and inspiration that is inherent within us but that sometimes feels latent when clouded by the busyness of life.
As we witness nature unfolding around us the retreat will offer time and space for you to nourish your inner-landscape (our bodies, hearts and minds) so that they too can flourish.
Morning practices will gently open, align and strengthen our bodies, awakening our breath and vital energy.
Afternoon practices will offer space for stillness and rest (through Yin and Restorative Yoga) creating the conditions for ease and release.
After dinner guests are offered a yoga nidra / guided relaxation to support with a restful sleep.
Potash Barns consists of two beautiful, homely barns with a range of cosy corners to either connect with others or soak up some peace on your own. It is set in the heart of the countryside with the yoga studio looking out over the green fields and big Suffolk skies.
In addition to the yoga sessions, space is created for you to nourish yourself as you feel you need, whether by reading on a sun lounger, taking an afternoon nap or exploring the area on a local walk. For those coming by car, the beautiful town of Framlingham and the Suffolk coast are a short drive away.
