Join me for a day of gentle, therapeutic yoga to re-energise our bodies and uplift our minds. at The Oak House, a beautiful yoga studio set in the heart of the grounds at Hatfield House (just 20/25 mins on the train from Finsbury Park or Kings Cross, London).
February can be a challenging time for many of us. As the darkness of winter begins to take its toll and the lightness of spring isn't quite upon us, many of us can feel both tired in the body and low in the mind. This Day Retreat set in the beautiful Oak House studio on the grounds of Hatfield House offers an opportunity to soak up a range of Yoga practices to beat the winter blues.
Schedule
10.15 - 10.30 Arrive and settle with a cuppa
10.30 - 13.00 Gentle, therapeutic yoga to uplift and reconnect with the light within us.
13.00 - 14.00 Nourishing lunch (provided)
14.00 - 14.45 Mindful walk around the grounds of Hatfield House (weather permitting)
14.45 - 17.00 Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra to restore with deep rest.
Please note that this workshop is accessible to people of all levels of experience and those new to yoga are most welcome. The venue has all the props you will need so that we can feel held by bolsters and wrapped in the softness of blankets as we drop into stillness in the afternoon. Just come as you are and offer yourself some breathing space.
Booking
Places are £110 per person (lunch included) or £100 each if booking together with a friend.
Payment plans can be arranged if helpful to spread the cost over two payments.
