Finding a sense of balance - mentally, physically and emotionally - is something that we all deserve and desire. 

​The traditions of yoga and mindfulness recognise the intrinsic link between the wellbeing of our minds, bodies and hearts; that to be truly healthy and happy we need to notice, nourish and nurture these different layers of our being.

​While modern life can sometimes throw us off balance, yoga & mindfulness offer us tools to regain it.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice supporting the well-being of our mind, body and spirit. 

Combining movement, breath-work, relaxation and meditation we find greater ease in our bodies, clarity and calm in our minds and peace in our hearts.

Yoga is for everyone, but different styles of yoga meet different needs.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy provides a tailored approach to yoga, designed to support your specific health needs. 

Sessions are delivered one-to-one with a detailed consultation to assess your health goals (whether physical, mental or emotional). 

Clients are given a home-practice designed to support their well-being goals in between sessions.

indfulness 

& Self-compassion

Mindfulness is an awareness-based meditation practice that enables us to live more in the present moment. Compassion practices enable us to meet our present moment experience with greater kindness and understanding.

By both cultivating and combining these two qualities we learn to move through life with less stress and a greater sense of wellbeing; learning to notice and savour the good things in life while feeling more resilient and balanced when we meet life's inevitable challenges.
