If we look to nature in the wintertime, we see it is asking us to slow our pace and draw softly inwards. There is a call to root deeply and conserve energy. Yet all too often modern living can make this a challenge, with our desire to slow down battling against the demands of daily life.
This extended practice offers you full permission to soak up and celebrate going slow. Combining gentle, mindful yoga with breathwork, restorative yoga and guided meditations, the afternoon will offer you an opportunity to catch your breath, find ease and release and access deep rest, leaving you feeling resourced and re-energised for the winter ahead.
Taking place at the beautiful Yoga at The ARC in Islington, the venue has all the props you will need and all levels of experience are welcome.
