The session will take place live online so you can attend from the comfort of your own home. No special equipment is needed, just you and a willingness to find out more. The session will provide the opportunity to take a short practice together, share reflections and ask questions. Anna will provide participants with information on how they can continue their practice including her 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course that begins in January 2023.
