Unwind and Relax | an evening of Restorative Yoga (Copy)

Let go of your week and open to your weekend with this gentle restorative workshop to support deep relaxation. Restorative Yoga is a beautiful practice in which positions are held for longer periods while the body is supported by props. As we allow ourselves to lean into and feel held by the props, physical tensions release and our nervous system calms offering conditions for deep rest. The session will close with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation to be soaked up while lying down tucked in blankets.

This is an in person workshop at Yoga At The ARC in Islington.

Places are £25.

No experience if yoga is necessary. If you are new to yoga you are most welcome.
